OREANDA-NEWS. January 30, 2013. Tong Xiaoping, Vice Mayor of Chongqing Municipal Government, conducted an inspection tour to the jobsite of MDI Heat Island Project on January 7, 2013. Chairman An Qihong of Chongqing Huayi Group accompanied Tong during the visit. Under this project, the Engineering Consultation Company of CISDI Engineering Group (CISDI Group) is responsible for the supervision work, reported the press-centre of MCC.

The Vice Mayor was debriefed on the project execution, the supervision and construction progress. Tong pointed out that, Chongqing Municipal Government attached great importance to the MDI Heat Island Project. He expected all the contractors to coordinate efficiently and speed up the execution progress on the basis of safety and quality, so as to make contribution to the development of Chongqing City.

The Engineering Consultation Company of CISDI Group was awarded with the Supervision Contract for the MDI Heat Island Project on July 5, 2012. This project consists of four circulating fluidized bed boilers (480 tons per hour), two extraction back-pressure steam turbine generator sets (3KWp), one extraction condensing steam turbine generator set (12.5KWp) and the supportive auxiliary facilities such as the dedusting device and flue gas desulphurization. After completion, this works will meet the heating and power supply demands of all the facilities under the MDI Integrated Project. Through cogeneration, self-generation and self-utilization of heat and power, as well as the comprehensive utilization of energy, the target of energy conservation and emission deduction will be realized.
