OREANDA-NEWS. January 29, 2013. High-voltage cable grids (HVCG) – branch of JSC “MOESK” has fulfilled successfully a volume of the work, stipulated in 2012, on construction and reconstruction of the energy facilities.

To liquidate the electric capacity deficiency of the consumers of the North-Eastern administrative district of the capital city and to improve the quality of transmitted power, project “Cable overhangs of 220 kV overhead line “TPP-27 – Beskudnikovo” to substation (SS) “Babushkin” has been implemented. The facility cost of the investment program is more than RUR 1,5 bln. Substation “Babushkin”, which is planned to be launched in 2013, will be transferred to 220 kV and will become one of the most advanced feeding centers of JSC “MOESK”.

Project of the rearrangement into the cable of “110 kV COL Ochakovo-Odintsovo I, II chain” has freed the territory for construction of Innovative center “Skolkovo”. It has become possible due to the poles dismantlement of the power transmission lines. The cost of the introduced fixed assets on the given facility is about RUR 600 mln.

According to the investment program, High-voltage cable grids completed the works in 2012, on title: cable overhangs of 220 kV overhead line (OL) “Omega – Radischevo 1,2” at 110/10 kV substation “Sigma”. The investments’ amount into construction of the cable line has amounted to about RUR 2,5 bln. Thanks to the well-defined and well-coordinated work of the HVCG specialists and general contractor – JSC "Moskabel'set'montazh" (100% subsidiary dependent enterprise of JSC “MOESK”) – the construction and installation works have been early competed, in advance of two months till the contract expiry date.

Within the shortest possible period of time the High-voltage cable grids have also reconstructed 220 kV cable line of “TPP-25 – Ochakovo # 3” to increase power supply reliability of the consumers of the South-West of Moscow. It has made it possible to output the full capacity from assembly # 3 of TPP-25 and to increase the transmission capacity of CL up to 900 ampere. The introduced fixed assets’ cost on the given energy facility is more than RUR 108 mln. Cable line “TPP-25 – Ochakovo # 3” has a paramount importance for development and renovation of the power supply infrastructure of Moscow.

Deputy Director General – Director of HVCG Eduard Podadaev thanked the branch’s collective for professionalism and well-defined and well-coordinated work. “In the years to come, the High-voltage cable grids, together with other branches of our company and construction contractor organizations, will have to fulfill laying of more than 100 km cable lines under construction of the new and reconstruction of existing cable lines with the transmission capacity increase of the cables”, - specified the HVCG Director.
