OREANDA-NEWS. January 29, 2013. The state debt of Moldova increased 1 bln. 958.2 mln. leis (10.2%) to 21 bln. 184.7 mln. leis as of December,31, 2012.

The internal state debt grew 317 mln. leis (5.4%) to 6 bln. 158.9 mln. leis since the beginning of 2012, the Ministry of Finance informs.

In January-December 2012 its service was allotted to 489.8 mln. leis, 94.8% of the sum budgeted.

At the same time, as of December 31 the external state debt was 15 bln. 025.8 mln. leis (USD1 bln. 245.6 mln.), increasing by 1 bln. 641.2 mln. leis, expressed in MDL or 12.3%
