OREANDA-NEWS. January 29, 2013. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the criteria for assessing the risk of course of business associated with the use, protection and restoration of state hunting fund and determining the implementation of planned measures of state supervision (control) by the State Agency of forest resources. The decree number 31 was adopted by the Government on January 23, 2013.

According to this legal act, the aforementioned criteria include:

- Bound implementation of biotechnical and security measures, the farm organization that envisioned the organization and development of hunting;

- obligatory accomplishment of biotechnical and security measures provided by the project of organization and development of hunting;

- implementation of comprehensive measures to recreate, including artificial, wild fauna, the annual investment in their health and reproduction in the amount provided by law;

- availability of hunting service in a size provided by law.

The criteria for evaluating the appropriate level of risk also directly affect the rate wild fauna.
