OREANDA-NEWS. January 28, 2013. Ilim Group reported the results of its social and charitable programs implemented in 2012 in the regions where it operates — Irkutsk, Arkhangelsk, and Vologda Oblasts, Komi Republic and Krasnoyarsk Territory. The amount of funds allocated by Ilim Group for these purposes through Ilim Garant Corporate Charity Fund exceeded RUB 196 million. The money was used to finance various aid programs for orphans, disabled persons and disabled kids, and support educational institutions, including kindergartens. A number of healthcare projects as well as programs for children's and amateur sports were implemented. Moreover, in keeping with the established tradition Ilim Group continued to take care of retired long-term employees.
