OREANDA-NEWS. January 28, 2013. TMM Company entered an active phase of construction of Alter Ego premium-class residential complex at 7 Laboratorny lane, Kyiv.

Alter Ego is a high-end residential complex with the total area of 55 thousand sq m and a developed internal infrastructure, which includes a fitness center with a Spa and a restaurant. The project design was developed by John Seifert Architects.

TMM has a vast experience in realizing high-end real estate projects. Among premium-class residential projects developed by the company are Triumph on Zvirynetska Str., Kyiv, the residential and office complex on Volodymyrska Str., Kyiv, residential buildings on Vorovskogo Str and Lysenko Str. as well as others.

The total area of Alter Ego complex is 55 thousand sq m including:

area of apartments – 31.8 thousand sq m,

commercial premises area - 3 thousand sq m,

parking – 196 spaces.

The complex consists of two symmetrical 24-storeyed sections and includes 196 apartments with areas from 130 to 235 sq m.

TMM acts as both an investor and general contractor for the project construction.
