OREANDA-NEWS. January 28, 2013. Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has instructed the Ministry of Justice and the State Service for regulatory policy and entrepreneurship development to test the new system of state registration of rights to real estate and their burdening. The corresponding order Mykola Azarov gave during a Cabinet meeting in response to information about limes and slow work of some registration centers.

In particular, the Prime Minister instructed the Deputy Minister of Justice and Dmytro Vorona and Chairman of the Entrepreneurship Mychailo Brodskyi to check on-site the work of registration service of the Main Department of Justice in Kyiv.

The Prime Minister stressed the need to organize the work of new registration system so that citizens can receive appropriate service quickly and easily. Specifically, Mykola Azarov stressed the need to ensure operation registration centers so as to avoid the occurrence of lines.

Mykola Azarov charged after studying the organization of the new system of state registration of rights to real estate and their burdening to report on the results at the next Cabinet meeting.

As you know, the new system began to work on January 1, 2013. Among its advantages - reducing the number of instances and the number of documents included in the registration process, as well as a unified state register of real rights to real estate.
