OREANDA-NEWS. January 28, 2013. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the Protocol between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation amending the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Russian Federation on cooperation in the development, manufacture, supply and operation of aircraft dated on August 20, 1997.

This document, developed by the Agency of State Property of Ukraine, associated primarily with the implementation of internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of the Protocol in accordance with paragraph "a" of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On International Treaties of Ukraine".

The adoption of the above-mentioned legal act will improve the efficiency of the Ukrainian-Russian program creation, production and supply in the operation of new models of aircraft.
