OREANDA-NEWS. January 25, 2013. Please be informed that changes in General Provisions for Transactions of JSC “NORVIK BANKA” (hereinafter referred to as GPT) come into force. Changes are made in accordance with legislation of Republic of Latvia for protection of clients and specifying the Bank’s and clients’ rights, reported the press-centre of NORVIK BANKA.

The changes are being made in Clause 6.3.1. of the Part I „General Part” of GPT, in Clauses 9.2., 9.3., 9.3.3. and 9.5.. of Section 2 „Provisions for payment cards”, in Clauses 6.2. and 6.6. of Section 4 „Provisions for term deposits (deposits)” of the Part II „Provisions for banking services” of GPT.
