OREANDA-NEWS.  January 25, 2013. The second wave of a financial and economic crisis with its destructive affect on the automobile industry as well as an implementation of imported car recycling tax by the Russian Federation have impinged the working results of the AutoKrAZ, PJSC in 2012. The planned performances were not managed to be achieved, reported the press-centre of AutoKrAZ.

In 2012 a volume of the vehicles produced by AutoKrAZ have reached 899 units, i.e. 84% compared to 2011.

Production output of various goods to be supplied by the way of cooperation has increased. In particular a production of grinding balls for mining have quadrupled and made 46.6 Mio UAH. Total production volume of spare parts and other goods have reached 87.2 Mio UAH that is by 4.5% less than in the corresponding period of 2011.

In 2012 the customers have been supplied the KrAZ vehicles by 18% less than in 2011.

Total amount of vehicles delivered comprise 66% of the CIS supplies; 11% - throughout in Ukraine; 23% - another world countries. Most of the volume of trucks delivered has been fixed in Russia, i.e. 548 units. More than a half of the vehicles supplied to a Russian consumer make chassis; one forth – truck tractors; and the rest – log and platform trucks.

The increase of supplies in 3.8 times compared to 2011 has been noticed in Turkmenistan. Deliveries to Kazakhstan have been keeping the same level as in previous year, while sales of KrAZ trucks to Georgia had been renewed and made 18 units.

In 2012 AutoKrAZ had continued the started works relating to a model range extending; certification of a new family of KrAZ vehicles with cab-over-engine configuration and plastic bonnet as well as to improving of commercial trucks quality.

Executing the orders received by Foreign Trade Firm KrAZ, PJSC and Trade House the production of 2400 truck units has been planned for the year 2013. In a current year the company will continue the works of production cost reducing and increasing of its production effectiveness as well as improving of output products quality.
