OREANDA-NEWS. January 25, 2013. To enhance passenger service quality Transaero Airlines has opened a new call center for customers from a number of European countries that Transaero serves. Now Transaero Airlines passengers from Austria, France, Germany, Greece, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal and France can dial direct local numbers to take advantage of toll-free calls to the customer contact center.

Call center operators can speak several European languages and can respond in English German, French, Russian or Latvian. Calls are forwarded to operators automatically depending on the country station.

In addition to information support, the airline’s call center provides a range of commercial services as well. Operators can sell tickets and make changes to them, provide ticket statements and receive credit card payments by phone. Moreover, the call center operators can provide information on review of applications for lost luggage as well as respond to e-mail requests.

The working hours of the European call center are from 08.00 to 20.00 (Central European Time).
