OREANDA-NEWS. January 25, 2013. Jean-Philippe Aractingi will be appointed Deputy Chairman of Rosbank Management board*, in charge of the Financial management, effective February 1st 2013. Jean-Philippe comes to Rosbank from the position of Deputy CEO of Rusfinance Group. This appointment aims to further develop synergy among Societe Generalе companies in Russia. Jean-Philippe will replace Alexei Tchoukhlov who has decided to pursue his career outside Societe Generalе Group. We thank Alexei for his contribution over the past years.

Perizat Shaikhina will be appointed Deputy Chairman of Rosbank Management board*, in charge of the Risk management, effective March 1st 2013. Perizat will replace Juan-Carlos Albizzati, who will be appointed Chief Risk Officer of Societe Generale Splitska Banka** in Croatia, after nearly three years in Russia marked by the roll-out of a strong risk platform. Accordingly, Eric Hauschild will be appointed Head of Risk Directorate of Rosbank.

Biographies

Jean-Philippe Aractingi

Jean-Philippe Aractingi joined Societe Generale in 2001. He started his career as a corporate finance associate in SG CIB and then joined in 2005 the Societe Generale Group Finance Division. In April 2008 he was appointed CFO of Rusfinance Bank, and in 2010 his responsibilities were broaden as he became Deputy CEO in charge of finance and collection. He is a Graduate of ESCP Business School and also received a Master degree of Law from University Paris II.

Perizat Shaikhina

Perizat Shaikhina joined Bank Societe Generale Vostok (BSGV) as a part of Corporate Credit Risk team in 2003. In 2007 she became Head of Risk, member of the Executive Committee, managing various types of risk (credit, operational, market) and compliance. After the merge of Rosbank and BSGV in 2011 she became a Risk Director in Rosbank. She graduated with Honours from Karaganda State University. She also has an MBA degree in General Management and Finance from E.L.Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas, USA.

Eric Hauschild

Eric Hauschild joined the Societe Generale Group in 1996 and has occupied various positions in France and internationally. His assignment prior to Rosbank was in Geniki Bank in Greece where he held the position of Head of Risk, member of the Executive Committee from September 2008 to December 2011. He has a degree in civil engineering and holds an executive MBA delivered by HEC School of Management.
