OREANDA-NEWS. January 24, 2013. Ukraine does not reject the entry into foreign loans markets in January and February of this year, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said during the talks with representatives of the foreign media.

"I think that the end of January - beginning of February is a good time for entering into foreign markets", said the Prime Minister.

He also stressed that Ukraine as a borrower has a strong position as the economy shows positive trend, budget deficit kept and debt-to-GDP completely safe. Ukraine punctually pays its obligations.

Recall that the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013 includes the amount of government debt in the amount of UAH 129.403 billion (about 16.175 billion dollars), including external borrowings of UAH 36.540 billion (about 4.568 billion dollars).
