OREANDA-NEWS. January 23, 2013. JSC “Valmieras stikla skiedra” informs about a new commercial pledge, registered at 17th January 2013 in favor of the JSC “Swedbank”.

The company has pledged the fixed assets in favor of the bank – completely 2 296 units. The commercial pledge is connected with the bank loan of 7 Million EUR to finance the Investment Plan of 2013 of the Joint-stock company.

This bank loan the company will receive in parts according to the realization of the Investment Plan of 2013. JSC “Valmieras stikla skiedra” plans to extinguish a pledge in five years.
