The average market price of 1 sq.m. of apartments in Chisinau was 604 euros in October, 2011 through May, 2012. In June and July it declined to 598 euros, fell to 594 euros in August and September, 2012 and dropped to 590 euros in October, November and December, 2012.

In December, 2012, 1 sq.m. in one-room apartments cost 570 to 689 euros in Botanica, 641 to 674 euros in Buiucani, 669 to 786 euros in Centru, 631 to 642 euros in Ciocani, 635 to 677 euros in Riscani. 1 sq.m. in two-room apartments was offered at a price of 534 to 635 euros in Botanica, 631 to 640 euros in Buiucani, 650 to 709 euros in Centru, 588 to 633 euros in Ciocani, 615 to 666 euros in Riscani. 1 sq.m. in three-room apartments cost 484 to 569 euros in Botanica, 538 to 553 euros in Buiucani, 556 to 614 euros in Centru, 517 to 587 euros in Ciocani, 547 to 587 euros in Riscani. 1 sq.m. in four-room apartments was sold at a price of 440 to 513 euros in Botanica, 502 to 513 euros in Buiucani, 499 to 547 euros in Centru, 466 to 518 euros in Ciocani, 513 to 533 euros in Riscani.

As it was said earlier, prices for apartments in Chisinau declined from 614 to 604 euros per 1 sq.m. in 2011.
