OREANDA-NEWS. January 21, 2013. JSC TGC-1 held an Extraordinary General Meeting by postal ballots.

The shareholders approved the conclusion of a gas supply contract between TGC-1 and Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Saint-Petersburg for the period from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2017. The parties agreed to set the limit for the annual supply of gas at 7 billion 240 million m3. The handover price of the gas will be calculated on the basis of the wholesale gas price, the transmission services rate, and the supply/sale services fee set by the authorized federal-level governmental bodies.

The decision to convene this Extraordinary General Meeting was made by the Board of Directors of TGC-1 on November 19, 2012.
