OREANDA-NEWS. January 21, 2013. The open bidding process of the authorized centralized procurement of equipment materials for 2013 was held recently by China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) in Beijing. After audited by CNPC and China Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Corporation (HQCEQ), TISCO qualified as a Class A pipes and tubes supplier for refining and chemicals of CNPC, reported the press-centre of TISCO. 
 
The CNPC pipes and tubes management team for refining and chemicals held the bid evaluation meeting and publicized the bidding results. According to the CNPC principle of “a small number of best suppliers”, the company determined the Class A and B suppliers of pipes and tubes for refining and chemicals through selective tendering, expert review and the approval of the management team.

The successful Class A supplier bidders will upload catalog prices to CNPC Material Purchasing Management Information System (www.energyahead.com.),the successful Class B supplier bidders will be as the backup suppliers.

All subsidiaries of CNPC purchase materials and equipment from the determined Class A suppliers. TISCO ranks at the top of the Class A suppliers list, which improves the reputation of TISCO’s stainless steel tubes and pipes and lays a good foundation for the market development in the future.
