OREANDA-NEWS. January 21, 2013. JSC "Kaspi Bank" (Almaty, hereinafter - the Bank), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a special general meeting of its shareholders is to take place on February 4, 2013 at 10:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows, reported the press-centre of KASE.:

- approval of the agenda of the special general meeting of the Bank's shareholders;

- making changes to the Bank's charter.

The said meeting will be held at 154a Nauryzbai batyr str., Almaty. Participants' registration will be made starting from 09:30 o'clock.

The list of shareholders entitled to participating in the said meeting was drawn up as of January 4, 2013.

In case of no quorum a repeated meeting of the bank's shareholders will be held on February 5, 2013 at the same premises and the same time.
