OREANDA-NEWS. January 21, 2013. The increase has become possible thanks to the funded additional issue of 4.5 thousand shares at par value of 1000 leis p.s.

The issue was registered by the National Commission on Financial Market. One of the reasons for the increase is the enlargement of the range of services rendered by Garantie, in particular, its entry to the market of insurance of agricultural producers, InfoMarket was said by Director General of the company Mihail Mazarenco. Garantie was founded in 1993, being on of the oldest insurers of Moldova.

It has ranked the 6th by an amount of its equity capital among all insurance companies of Moldova. As of October, 31, 2012 assets of the company made up 41.9 mln. leis; insurance bonuses signed by the company amounted to 6.97 mln. leis; indemnifications made up 3.2 mln. leis, its pre-tax profit made up 1.51 mln. leis.
