OREANDA-NEWS. January 18, 2013. Population’s deposits in banks are equal to annual budget revenues. This was started by Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

According to the PM, the amount of population’s deposits in banks rose last year by nearly 60 billion (or 19%) compared with 2009 – by 155 billion (or 73%).

"Population’s deposits in banks are UAH 366 billion, - Mykola Azarov said. - And this, incidentally, is equal to the annual income of the state budget".
