OREANDA-NEWS. January 17, 2013. Since 11.01.2013. in accordance with the decision of Latvian Register of Enterprises there are adopted the following changes in the composition of the Board of JSC "Daugavpils Lokomotivju Remonta Rupnica" (JSC "Daugavpils Lokomotivju Remonta Rupnica" Counsil protocol N 2012/04-02 20.12.2012):

Mihails Mamonovs is released from the Board staff;

Eduards Krukovskis is released from the Board staff;

Aleksejs Kolpakovs is appointed as the Member of the Board.

The staff of the JSC "Daugavpils Lokomotivju Remonta Rupnica" Board of Directors of 11.01.2013. is as following:

The Chairman of the Board: Natalija Petrova.

Member of the Board Aleksejs Kolpakovs.

The Member of the Board has the right to represent joint-stock company together with one more Member of the Board, except for cases when Members of the Board authorise one or two of them to conclude a deal in a certain case or of a certain kind.
