OREANDA-NEWS. January 16, 2013. i-Free and ZeptoLab have teamed up to market the mobile game Pudding Monsters in China together. The international premiere of Pudding Monsters was held everywhere, China included, at the same time: on Christmas Eve.

i-Free and ZeptoLab have joined forces before to do business in China. Only last year, i-Free helped ZeptoLab to localize and market its popular game Cut The Rope in that country. The localization and distribution of ZeptoLab’s newest creation, the arcade puzzle Pudding Monsters, came as a logical segue to that collaboration.

Pudding Monsters is an unusual and exciting puzzle: the player has to merge the mini-pudding jelly cubes, sliding across the playfield, into one giant “super pudding.” It seems like child’s play at first, but a few levels on, the player’s capacity for logical thought will be taxed to the max.

Like all ZeptoLab products, Pudding Monsters comes with high-quality, colorful graphics and a catchy soundtrack. The game is available for iOS and Android mobile devices.

“We made a point of launching the game in China concurrently with its worldwide debut,” said i-Free Asia CEO Evgeny Kosolapov, commenting on the launch of Pudding Monsters. “This will minimize the piracy threat. Pudding Monsters hit the major Chinese appstores right when it became available globally on Google Play and Apple Appstore. This is great for Chinese users, who can now get the official version of the game right away.”
