OREANDA-NEWS. January 16, 2013. Cosmo Oil Co., Ltd. (President: Keizo Morikawa), Showa Shell Sekiyu K.K. (President: Jun Arai), Development Bank of Japan Inc. (President: Toru Hashimoto) have reached an agreement to establish a joint venture company for entry into the mega-solar business. Our commitment through this business is to supply clean, safe and sustainable energy.

2.Location of Power Generation Business

Former Ohgishima Oil Terminal site (Yokohama, Kanagawa), which was a joint venture company between Cosmo Oil and Toa Oil (Subsidiary of Showa Shell Sekiyu K.K.) and 7 sites formerly used as oil depots by Cosmo Oil. The 7 former depot sites include Hitachi Depot (Hitachi, Ibaraki), Oita Depot (Oita, Oita), Tokushima Depot (Itano, Tokushima), Fukui Depot (Sakai, Fukui) and Taniyama Depot (Kagoshima, Kagoshima)
