January 15, 2013.  Following to our announcements published on Ministry of Oil website for the aforesaid project, according to many requests received by PCLD from interested companies to provide enough time for qualification documents preparation,   Petroleum Contracts & Licensing Directorate (PCLD) would like to inform the interested companies that the deadline for submitting the qualification information has been postponed to 28th February 2013. Documents sent by DHL are accepted provided that they have been sent before the deadline.

PCLD appreciates any questions and inquiries concerning the qualification process and Qualification Fee payment and will make available the required answers and clarifications on PCLD e-mail:- dg_pcld@oil.gov.iq .

The Petroleum Contracts & Licensing Directorate (PCLD) will announce and inform all qualified companies of subsequent steps for this Project in due time.
