At the end of January and in the beginning of February BIGBANK will be closing its branch offices at the Rakvere Kroonikeskus, Rocca al Mare Shopping Centre and Tartu Lounakeskus. The reason for closing the branch offices is the optimisation of BIGBANK’s Estonian office network due to an increase in the popularity of electronic banking channels.

We ask customers to turn to some other BIGBANK branch office, Eesti Post offices or contact the customer support line 1333. The last day of work of the Rakvere Kroonikeskus branch office is on 21 January 2013, of the Rocca al Mare centre on 23 January 2013 and of the Lounakeskus on 5 February 2013.
