OREANDA-NEWS. January 15, 2013. Dorogobuzh (Acron Group’s company) released its unaudited IFRS consolidated condensed financial statements for 9M 2012.

Financial results

• Revenue was RUB 10.65 billion, down 15% year-on-year (9M 2011: RUB 12.53 billion).

• EBITDA* decreased 27% to RUB 3.30 billion year-on-year (9M 2011: RUB 4.51 billion)

• EBITDA margin was 31% against 36% for 9M 2011.

• Net profit was RUB 3.37, down 53% year-on-year (9M 2011: RUB 7.21 billion)

*EBITDA is calculated as operating profit plus depreciation and amortisation, profit (loss) from currency exchange and other non-cash and non-standard items.
