OREANDA-NEWS. January 15, 2013. The Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine Nataliya Korolevska got familiarized with work of “Government contact center”.

Talking with leaders of the Government contact center Nataliya Korolevska asked to provide her every day operative information concerning delays or arrears of salaries and social payments as well. According to the Minister it will enable to see a real state of affairs in this area.

“It is significant for us to receive timely and qualitative information about the problems of people, so that we could react. In fact, here in the Government contact center they are measuring temperature of the society. We have to timely know this temperature and prescribe correct treatment,” Nataliya Korolevska said.

According to her, it is vital to create such conditions under which money and privileges will reach people without barriers. “Our task is to secure people’s receiving salaries in hands and use privileges they have by law. Everyone who needs that has to feel social protection. Officials have to be in such a situation that even not to think about hiding or falsification of the information about payment of funds or rendered privileges,” Nataliya Korolevska summed up.
