OREANDA-NEWS. January 11, 2013. In the frame of the “Human resources management” held in Russia seminar, a delegation of French visitors came to Rybinsk.

In the course of their visit, the representatives of different human resources departments were introduced to NPO Saturn, its Training center and the NPO Saturn human resources directorate.

The visitors noted that NPO Saturn is a socially-responsible company. A well thought-out HR policy aimed at motivating and developing its employees allows the Company to ensure high economic performance and financial stability. The main objective of the NPO Saturn human resources directorate is to constantly improve the overall concept and comprehensive system of managing its personnel.

The Company is steadily working at increasing the salary level of its employees. Around 5000 people are trained on a yearly basis in the NPO Saturn corporate Training center, the Company has also implemented a system of apprenticeship. Besides, NPO Saturn has introduced housing programs unprecedented in Russia’s airspace industry. Social programs and health improvement programs tailored for the Company’s employees and their children are picking momentum these days. This year’s Collective Agreement has been upgraded and included some new socially-oriented initiatives.

Alexey Molchanyuk, NPO Saturn HR director shared his experience with the French visitors and spoke about the ongoing collaboration between Russian and France: “Thousands of highly-qualified employees work at NPO Saturn nowadays which allows us to master production of world-class engines. There are some difficulties due to geographical location of Rybinsk and consequent migration of the youth to big cities. However our rational HR policy in most cases has allowed us to entice the personnel to stay at Saturn. Speaking of the Russian-French relations, I’d like to say that we are heavily working on approbating the exchange of experience program as we know that both our companies can share a lot with each other. In November we are expecting our French colleagues to visit us on this subject. The equal importance and interconnection of all the fields of operation of NPO Saturn and Snecma make us invulnerable to any crisis and guarantees financial stability in the future. We are open to our partners; we are ready and willing to share our experience with them while never stopping to work at our self-improvement”.
