OREANDA-NEWS. January 11, 2013. The Government has approved a bill developed by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine on introducing amendments to Article 287 of the Customs Code of Ukraine - on the establishment and operation of industrial parks.

The main purpose of the bill is the specification of volumes of equipment and components, materials, which will be imported into the territory of Ukraine without paying import duties.

Implementation of the bill will improve legislative regulation of the mechanism of import into the customs territory of Ukraine of equipment, as well as to avoid excess volumes of import of such goods, and therefore - to avoid unnecessary losses of the state budget.
