On December 11, 2012 a shareholder that owns 100 % of the shares of the Private Joint-Stock Company "Crimea TITAN" is Limit liability company “OSTCHEM Germany"(OSTCHEM Germany GmbH) - made decision :

1) about stopping of plenary powers of members of review broker’s: the Public joint-stock company the "State stock association "Titan" and Limit liability company " OSTCHEM Germany"(OSTCHEM Germany GmbH);

2) about stopping of plenary powers of Chairman and members of the Checkup committee : Dvornik Nataliya Olexandrovna; Nikolenko Hanna Vyacheslavna, Ivanchenko Olena Valeriyevna.

Legal persons-shareholders of PJSC is "State stock association "Titan" and Society " OSTCHEM Germany"(OSTCHEM Germany GmbH) were appointed by the members of review broker's to the decisions of the General meeting of shareholders' of the Private Joint-Stock Company "Crimea TITAN" from 14.04.2011(Protocol № 1).

Dvornik N.O. Nikolenko H. V., Ivanchenko O.V. were appointed by the members of the Checkup committee to the decisions of the General meeting of shareholders' of the Private Joint-Stock Company "Crimean TITAN from 24.04.2012(Protocol № 1). Physical persons did not give consent to opening of passport data. Public servants did not have an unliquidated conviction for mercenary and post crimes, part in a charter capital did not own.

The pre-schedule stopping of plenary powers of public servants took place in connection with making alteration to Charter of PJSC "Crimea TITAN", in accordance with that creation of review broker's and Checkup committee is not envisaged, instead of the Checkup committee Inspector is elected.

An inspector was not appointed.

In accordance with p.2 article.49 of Law of Ukraine "About the Joint-Stock Companies" of decision of shareholder that owns 100 % of shares of joint-stock company, has status of protocol of general collections of joint-stock company.
