OREANDA-NEWS.  January 10, 2013. 1. Take notice "LATVIAN ZOOVETAPGADE" Report of the Management Board about the situation in company. Examined the question about possible attraction of money resources and investors, for rehabilitation, innovation and economic renewal of company.

2. A) To restore the Riga Regional Court justice process Nr.C04306010 C-493//12-8 about loss recovery for unlawful AS "LATVIAN ZOOVETAPGADE" shareholders' meeting on July 24, 2008 and to improve an application in accordance with the Commercial 172.article and 4th point  of 1st part of 268.article to bring an action against the Board and Council members:

B) Of maintenance of submitted requirement in court and other law enforcement  authorized Management Board and Supervisory Board of JSC „LATVIJAS ZOOVETAPGADE”, personally the Chairmen of the Board Mr. Aldis Tauritis and  the alternate of Chairman of the Supervisory Board Mr. Maris Utens.

C) To submit repeated application to LR General Prosecutor about prosecution of above mentioned Supervisory Board and Management Board and related persons about intentional  leading to insolvency of company.

3. A) To assign the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of company to inform the Latvian government and the related institution to issues about the illegal activities..

B) To assign the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of company to ask law enforcement agencies to restore criminal proceeding who was initiated by Vija Locmele due to the damage caused by work, by making repeated DEAK conclusion by starting legal proceedings.

C) To assign repeatedly the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of JSC „LATVIJAS ZOOVETAPGADE” to give an information to LR General Prosecutor about the kriminal activity of  controlling institutions of VAS „Latvijas hipoteku un zemes banka”, AS „Swedbank”, AS „Latvijas Krajbanka”.
