OREANDA-NEWS. January 10, 2013. Prime Minister Mykola Azarov emphasized the necessity to hold qualitative explanation of regulatory changes that are currently being implemented in Ukraine. This was started by him during a Cabinet meeting.

"Hundreds of thousands of people almost daily will face new rules of registration of property rights, obtaining legal assistance in difficult situations, obtaining emergency medical assistance and so forth", Mykola Azarov stressed.

According to him the new rules should be very qualitatively explained constantly and widely inform people about the changes that have been introduced. "It should also be long enough "accompany" innovations and help almost everyone, we also should draw conclusions from practice and improve processes", the Prime Minister said and adding that the task facing all ministries and departments in management of which new laws and regulations began to operate.

"In this regard, I can only welcome the decision of the Ministry of Justice to establish a permanent "hotline" to explain the new procedure for registration of rights to real property. The same "hotlines", community liaison offices, if necessary seminars and "round-tables", should be introduced according all fundamental innovations", the PM said.
