OREANDA-NEWS. January 9, 2013. JSC RusHydro (ticker symbols: RTS, MICEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that on December 20, 2012 the Federal Financial Markets Service (FFSM) of Russia decided to withdraw the individual number (code) 040D of the state registration number 1-01-55038-E-040D of August 16, 2011 assigned to RusHydro’s shares of additional issue.

On December 26, 2012 Registrar R.O.S.T., holder of RusHydro’s share register, made the amendments to the register related to the combination of the Company’s shares of additional issue with the principal issue, based on the decision of FFSM.

After combination of RusHydro’s shares of additional issue with the principal issue in trading system of the MICEX stock exchange, the Company’s shares of the state registration number 1-01-55038-E-040D will be excluded from the quotation list and will start trading under the registration number of the principal issue within Quotation list "A", Level 1. The further details of the shares combination will be disclosed in accordance with the established procedure.
