OREANDA-NEWS. January 9, 2013. JSC RusHydro (ticker symbols: RTS, MICEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that the Company’s shares of additional issue (state registration number 1-01-55038-E-040D of August 16, 2011) were excluded from the Quotation list "A", Level 1 in trading system of the MICEX stock exchange due to combination with the principal issue. All RusHydro shares are now trading under the registration number of the principal issue 01-55038-E of May 25, 2005.

On December 20, 2012 the Federal Financial Markets Service (FFSM) of Russia decided to withdraw the individual number (code) 040D of the state registration number 1-01-55038-E-040D of August 16, 2011 assigned to RusHydro’s shares of additional issue.

On December 26, 2012 Registrar R.O.S.T., holder of RusHydro’s share register, made the amendments to the register related to the combination of the Company’s shares of additional issue with the principal issue, based on the decision of FFSM.
