OREANDA-NEWS. January 9, 2013. The opening ceremony of the first housing estate for POCR JSC workers was held. Building owner and source of financing is Pavlodar oil chemistry refinery. The house is built in Ussolskiy microdistrict on Tkachev street, 18.

The house of POCR JSC is the first fruit of a corporate house construction program of the plant for its members for the last 15 years.

Development of the project of POCR house belongs to ITs Pavlodargrazhdanproekt LLP, whereas contractors from construction company Syrdariya – zhoba kurylys LLP has brought it to life and seamlessly adjusted it with the city’s landscape.

Total living space of the building amounts to 18,7 thousand sq.m. The house includes 146 warm and comfortable apartments in all. There are 46 one-roomed, 58 two-roomed, 34 three-roomed and 8 four-roomed flats among them. Their total space is 13 679,38 sq.m.

The new frame monolithic domestic building for refiners consists of six blocks. Number of storeys in the building is cascaded – from 5 to 9 floors.

New building work is equipped according to all up-to-date building regulations: fire alarm installation and perflation. It has fiber-optics communication to provide broadband connection to digital phone system and to the Internet network. Modern express low-noise elevators made by South Korean “Sigma” company are installed in the house. The flats are commissioned with decoration.

The dwelling is notable for its convenient infrastructure. There is a Children’s development center, high-class Nazarbayev intellectual chemistry and biology school, cardiology center and clinic are being built nearby the new building. Parking lot under security surveillance is provided for dwellers. Wide network of estate and within courtyard roads border with the house, modern playground and mini football pitch with made up surface are built in courtyard. Whole courtyard area is landscaped: pavements, grounds and pathways are made of paving stone. Their space amounts to 1030 thousand sq.m. Overall asphalting area is about nine thousand sq.m. Trees are planted in the yard.

Total cost of the project paid by building owner is 1, 949 bln tenge. Flats in the new building are granted to 146 workers of high-demand professions and young employees of the enterprise. Most of the plant members, especially young workers, are not able to purchase a new apartment by themselves, for this reason POCR employees received flats without a primary contribution, and they will repay the cost of their houses every month within 10-15 years and also without interest.
