ICBC Wins Best Customer Experience in Electronic Banking Award
OREANDA-NEWS. January 3, 2013. China Internet Banking Alliance ("CIBA") presented ICBC the 2012 "Best Customer Experience in Electronic Banking Award".
CIBA is a non-profit organization set up by banks in China with an aim to promote electronic banking innovation. The winner of 2012 "Best Customer Experience in Electronic Banking Award" is selected based on the scorecard covering availability testing, market study and index evaluation.
The award to ICBC follows from the Bank's recent years of successful design of new products in iPhone Banking, ICBC e-password device and ICBC e Payment. During product development and testing, ICBC invited customers to experience new products in order to enhance availability. New products, which are highly recognized by users and peers, offer ICBC online users greater look and feel in addition to higher brand and value.
With the increasing demand of financial services at this time of customer experience era, ICBC will continue focusing on customer experience and innovation in electronic banking products to better compete in the market and improve customer satisfaction level, and display the good image of ICBC as an innovative bank, said an ICBC executive.
