OREANDA-NEWS. December 28, 2012. Gazprom summed up the results of the contest for the best name for the gas trunkline system designed for gas transmission from Yakutia and the Irkutsk Region to Vladivostok via Khabarovsk. 183 participants took part in the contest submitting 394 possible names.

Alexander Artyukhin from Arzamas who proposed the “Power of Siberia” name became the winner.

In 2013 the awarded prize is a one-week individual trip with an open date for two persons to see the most fascinating surroundings of the Republic of Yakutia.
