OREANDA-NEWS. December 28, 2012. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) trained experts from the Competition Development Department of the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The traineeship took place under the Agreement on Coordinated Antimonopoly Policy of 25th January 2000 and as part of bilateral cooperation between the antimonopoly bodies of the two countries. The purpose of the training was to inform the experts of Competition Development Department of the Kyrgyz Republic with the work of FAS Russia.

FAS specialists consulted the officers of the antimonopoly body of the Kyrgyz Republic on improving their national antimonopoly law.

Such events enable the parties to reveal and discuss in active dialogue solutions to similar problems emerging in enforcement of national antimonopoly laws.
