Ruben Aganbegyan, Otkritie CEO: “The new line-up of the Board of Directors brings the addition of two non-executive directors and an independent non-executive director who have great industry experience and business expertise. This is an important achievement in terms of the development and improvement of corporate governance at Otkritie. Our goal is to create a model whereby no control is exercised over our Board of Directors by one or more of the majority shareholders. Good corporate governance is an integral part of our strategy to build one of the leading financial organizations in Russia”.
