OREANDA-NEWS. December 28, 2012. Guided by the specialists of the holding's subsidiary OJSC Sosnovoborelektromontazh, two sections of deep oil conversion complex of Kirishinefteorgsintez LLC have been set up — the hydrogen production and the concentrated hydrogen ones. Also setting up of all electric power equipment of the deep oil conversion complex was performed including all the 6\0.4 kV distribution facilities.

Within the frameworks of this contract at this facility, the Holding specialists must set up six substations, providing the work of the deep oil conversion plant, carry out high-voltage tests of transformers, reactance starters, electric engines, cable lines, as well as setting up compressor sets, pump stations, auxiliary equipment, test block systems and check connection with the automated process control systems.

Since 2011, SAM, JSC has performed the works at the construction site in Kirishi for the total amount of about 700 million rubles. Within the scheduled timeframes 6 substations were erected, 20 thousand of control and Instrumentation sensors were installed, about a thousand kilometers of cables was laid, 50 thousand instrumentation ducts and 10 thousand metal cable trays being a component of cable route were installed, as well as 185 kilometres of protective piping and over 6 thousand lights were installed.

Deep oil conversion complex KINEF, LLC is supposed to start its work as early as in 2013 and to produce up to 7 million tones of fuel oil meeting Euro-4 and Euro-5 standards .

OJSC Sosnovoborelektromontazh, a part of TITAN-2 Holding has been performing all kinds of electric installation work for over 40 years. It also develops design, engineering, and production process documentation. Specialists from SEM OJSC have carried out the full-scale complex of electric installation works within the frameworks of construction of the first stage of South-West HEP. A contract has been made for carrying out electric installation works at the gas turbine station of Novourengoy Gas Chemical Complex.

JSC KINEF is the only oil refinery in the North-West of Russia. Currently, the deep conversion complex is under construction. It will allow processing up to 4.9 mln tons of mazut to produce diesel fuel and aviation kerosene meeting the highest requirements to their ecological and operation characteristics. Along with the improvement of the products quality the depth of oil conversion will grow up and will be over 65%.
