OREANDA-NEWS. December 27, 2012. The Expert Council for Developing Competition in Production and Circulation of Protected Printing Products held a meeting on 20th December 2012.

The agenda of the Expert Council included measures for developing competition mechanisms in production and sales of counterfeit-proof printing products. The Council summed up the findings of analysing the market for manufacturing paper for printing products with “A”, “B” and “C” levels of protection.

The Council also proposed to form a Working Group for prompt cooperation on the issues of developing competition on the market of protected printing products.

The Expert Council will devise a draft Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “On the Measures towards Developing Competition Mechanisms in Production and Sales of Counterfeit-Proof Printing Products” and submit it to the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with the established procedures.
