OREANDA-NEWS. December 27, 2012. The Board of Directors of Dexia SA, who met on December 14, 2012 under the chairmanship of Mr. Robert de Metz, has taken note of the decision of Mrs. Francine Swiggers to end her mandate as member of the Board

The Board has decided to co-opt Mr. Bart Bronselaer as member of the Board to replace Mrs. Francine Swiggers from December 14, 2012 onwards. His final appointment will be proposed at the first General Shareholders' Meeting following the Extra-ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of December 21, 2012.

Dexia thanks Mrs. Francine Swiggers for her contribution to the works of its Board of Directors.
