OREANDA-NEWS. December 26, 2012. The new Board of Directors was elected at an extraordinary stockholders meeting at JSC Neftekamsk Automobile Plant, a subsidiary of KAMAZ in Bashkortostan.

It was necessary because KAMAZ had created a special equipment unit consisting of JSC Neftekamsk Automobile Plant, OAO Tuimazinskiy Zavod Avtobetonovozov, Trailer KAMAZ Inc. (Stavropol), OOO KAMAZ-Vostok (Khabarovsk), and OOO KAMAZ-Marko (a joint venture established with Brazil’s bus manufacturer Marcopolo).

Immediately after the meeting the newly elected Board voted Nikolay Pronin, Deputy General Director of OJSC KAMAZ for Special Equipment, into the chair. Raif Malikov was newly appointed General Director of JSC Neftekamsk Automobile Plant. The Board approved the membership of the company’s Management Board and considered Draft Business Plan 2013.

Also, the Board of Directors of Neftekamsk Automobile Plant examined the results of the company’s work for nine months of this year. Thus, over the reporting period proceeds from sales of products, goods and services amounted to 7.4 billion rubles (+4% to the business plan). Customers received 9,313 dump trucks, 3,162 truck-and-trailer units, 476 passenger buses, 638 maintenance crew vehicles, 1,057 tank trucks and bowsers.
