OREANDA-NEWS. December 25, 2012. Nordea Bank and a subsidiary of Romanov Property Holdings Fund (“Fund”) have signed a USD30 million loan agreement.

This is the second deal signed between Nordea Bank and the Fund in 2012 (in total USD100 million). The funds are used for refinancing the Fund’s properties and purchasing new ones.

Grigoriy Nekrasov, Head of Nordea Bank’s Industry Team for Real Estate and Construction, said: “We have been cooperating with the Fund for over 3 years now (since 2009) by financing its acquisitions of various real estate properties. This deal is yet another milestone of the cooperation between our companies. We plan to remain a key partner bank for AVICA Property Investors International.
