OREANDA-NEWS. December 24, 2012. The Arbitrary Court of Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad Region examined case, according to the claim of FSUE “Rosmorport”, on declaring illegal the resolutions of the Federal Antimonopoly Service Department in Leningrad Region, which stated that FSUE “Rosmorport” broke the law “On protection of competition” during the tender for the right to make a real property leasing contract (berth 13 in the Vyborg seaport), and on remedy of defaults. As a result of the examination, the court answered the claim of FSUE “Rosmorport” on declaring the resolutions of the FAS department illegal and their cancellation

The judicial disposition of the decision was proclaimed during the hearings. The final version of the decision will be prepared by the court within the timeframe set by the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.
