OREANDA-NEWS. December 20, 2012. Alfa-Bank (Ukraine) will acquire the part of the retail loan portfolio of PSC Prominvestbank. The nominal amount of the portfolio being purchased is more than UAH 1.5 billion. The portfolio to be acquired contains 80% of mortgage loans.

“The purchasing of high-quality assets at an attractive price is the part of the Bank’s strategy. We are ready to consider similar proposals in the future", said Alexander Lukanov, President, CEO of Alfa-Bank (Ukraine).
