OREANDA-NEWS. December 20, 2012. BM&FBOVESPA holds a ceremony on Wednesday (December 05, 2012) to celebrate the migration of Kroton Educacional to the Novo Mercado special corporate governance segment.

There will be an event held in the Raymundo Magliano Filho visitors’ center, at BM&FBOVESPA, at which the company’s CEO Rodrigo Calvo Galindo will participate alongside the Chairman of the Board Evandro Jose Neiva and other representatives of the firm’s upper management.
