OREANDA-NEWS. December 20, 2012.  European leader in skin care products chooses BT for worldwide network services and hosting of critical applications

 BT today announced a global managed networked IT services contract with Clarins Group, the European leader in design, manufacture and selling of premium skin care products. This contract covers the transformation of

 Clarins’ global IT infrastructure and the improvement in the management of its critical applications.

 Under the terms of this contract BT will deploy a range of solutions from:
 • BT Connect for the implementation of a scalable network backbone connecting all Clarins Group subsidiaries;
 • BT Compute for the hosting in France of the group information system and the implementation of a Disaster Recovery Plan;
 • BT Assure for the worldwide management of Internet security.
