Aeroexpress to Cooperate with Portbilet
OREANDA-NEWS. December 19, 2012. Beginning November 26, 2012, Aeroexpress train tickets are available for purchase through the Portbilet service, the Vipservice company’s online project for booking air tickets.
The Aeroexpress company has always held passengers’ convenience and comfort at the centre of its work, including the possibility of quickly and easily purchasing tickets for branded trains. To achieve this goal, the intermodal rail operator continues to implement partnership programmes with major airlines, travel agencies and companies selling and booking air tickets. Thus, Portbilet, an online project of the Vipservice holding, has recently become a new partner for Aeroexpress. Now the service books both standard and business class tickets for Aeroexpress trains travelling between the main Moscow railway terminals and major airports, including Vnukovo, Domodedovo, and Sheremetyevo.
The uniform was developed and designed by Swiss Jacob Weil (Jacob Weil Corporate Wear AG), one of the most famous companies in terms of corporate clothing. Jacob Weil has been a leading work wear and corporate clothing manufacturer for more than 100 years and has offices in Zurich, Geneva, and Moscow. The company’s client base includes the world’s largest airlines, airports, hotels, and restaurant chains.
The Portbilet online project was developed using the latest innovative technologies and focuses primarily on travel agencies striving to make their activity connected with air transportation more efficient. The possibility of buying Aeroexpress boarding passes when booking tickets will allow Portbilet users – representatives of various travel agencies – to considerably improve their service quality and expand the range of services they offer.
“It is very important for the Aeroexpress company to meet all of potential clients’ requirements”, commented Aeroexpress Press Secretary Nadezhda Dorzhieva. “Cooperation with the major Internet portals for selling and booking air tickets makes it significantly easier for air passengers to purchase boarding passes for our trains. This allows them to choose the most optimal route, while substantially saving time, which is very important for every modern person.”
The Portbilet joint programme is certainly a beneficial advantage not only for the Aeroexpress company, but also for the online project itself, as it marks the next step in its development strategy, aimed at providing its agents with a wider range of available booking services in real-time mode.
“We are pleased to offer the market a popular instrument, which will be of interest to agents themselves, as well as the end consumers – the travellers. From the first day, we have seen a very strong demand for this service”, shared his opinion the Vipservice’s Chief Executive Officer Dmitry Gorin.
