OREANDA-NEWS. December 18, 2012. The meeting of Mr. Andrey Belyaninov, Head of FCS, and Mr. Clement Chen, Commissioner of Customs and Excise Department of SAR Hong Kong PRC, took place in Moscow.

During the meeting, the parties agreed about the following:

- develop the regulatory basis of the Customs collaboration;

- in the shortest time possible, approve the Memorandum between Russian FCS and Department for Customs and Excise of SAR Hong Kong PRC about mutual help in the Customs activities;

- organize the meeting of experts regularly;

- study the opportunities for best practices exchange in the sphere of Customs administration.

The parties emphasized the importance of close and efficient collaboration between two Customs Services and confirmed their wish to continue to strengthen the bilateral cooperation.
